Description: This session integrates pelvic-support surgery, continence anatomy, vaginal reconstruction, and difficult pelvic entry. It emphasizes preservation of function, anatomic landmarks, and adaptable techniques for prolapse, congenital renal anatomy, hernia, vaginal obliteration, uterine inversion, and pediatric outflow obstruction.

Learning Objectives: At the end of this course, the participant will be able to:

  1. Identify anatomic landmarks relevant to prolapse and continence procedures.
  2. Adapt pelvic reconstructive surgery to congenital or distorted anatomy.
  3. Develop safe planes when vaginal entry or pelvic access is compromised.
  4. Select uterus-preserving and function-preserving reconstructive strategies.
